Precision Wire & Telephone understands that whether we have installed a voice/data cable network or a business telephone system for you, if you do not understand how it works then we have not done our job to satisfy you. That is why with every installation we will provide you with support and training before and after the sale. We can offer you a variety of options to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your installation.
Options
- All of our voice/data/fiber optic cable installations come with a 1 year warranty on labor and manufactures defects in the products installed. Additional warranties can be provided on projects that require a certified installation
- New and refurbished business telephone system products come with a 1 year or more warranty.
- Time and Material installations come with a 1 year warranty which we consider just part of a quality installation. This may help you when it comes to covering parts or labor that is not covered under a maintenance contract
- Training is included as part of a business telephone system installation. If you need additional training or simply because you have new users or because another vendor did not provide you with training we can setup classes or we may be able to help you right over the phone.
- Labels are an important part of your telephone system and if you need new or would like us to provide labels ready to be installed we can help you.
